There was no hot water since we arrived until just before 8 the morning before we checked out. Had to take a cold shower.

Lovely little cabin that we stayed in. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

the hot water was not working properly, a little low on kitchen goods and advertised as a 2 bedroom house but it was actually a 1 bedroom house with 2 x tents which we did not expect- however once we figured out what to do with our daughter we absolutely loved it.

the staff were very helpfu and really made an effort to make us feel welcome. the location was amazing- the and deck were amazing to sit at and really liked how it was so private...you really felt like you were in your own space. The tents were comfortable once we realized there were tents.

Very poor water pressure. Our unit only had a bath with very little water and warm water. Bathing was not a pleasure. There was a outside bath- but wasnt working properly.

The river was lovely . resturant close by and the staff were nice.

that there was not enought cuttlery for all the people staying there.The one gasstove plate is also not enought for all the people the kettle take ages to cook and then the others must wait.The fact that there was no fresh water to brush your teeth or to use for coffee and no one mentioned this to use when we arrived

The room I was booked in was clean and tidy. The setting, next to a river, is perfect for a quick stopover. The staff were also very friendly.

The shower pressure was terrible and the paddle boats needs some love. The rest was amazing. It is a backpackers, not a hotel.

Faster food service, waiters that check in on you, waiters that actually welcome new guests and seat them... I had to go upto a waiter to get seated and get menus

The bathroom facilities were not good , not enough privacy . The pizza we had at the restaurant was tasteless, so we did not try anything else .

The accommodation was great value for money. The location is great. Really enjoyed our stay.

Didn't like the fact that youngest rocked up on Monday night to get trashed and be falling over the place and breaking bottles. Understandable that it's party time from them, but respect for others that are guests is needed to be taught.

We loved the holiday vibe and the comfortable beds. Nice to have a communal area to chill, braai or play games. Very friendly bar staff. We'd love to come back for longer.

Terrible bungalow. Too small, bad decor, dirty floor, no electricity inside. Men's toilets didn't look nice.

Loved nature and canoeing. Loved the restaurant with the natural environment with the trees and sand. Great service.
