We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The patio table works wonders with such a view.

South AfricaEither no access to DSTV or lack of instructions. Likewise for Hi-Fi. The coffee cups were better suited for soup. Decent coffee mugs would make a difference. The free coffee was a low grade product. Rather not advertise it if only two sachets are provided. A non stick frying pan would be much better than the steel pan which is difficult to clean and wrecks the eggs.
Brilliant location and view. We saw Whales and Dolphins every day. The unit is on the ground floor giving direct access to the lawn outside. Also a very nice steel braai and a lovely four seater patio table. Nice secure entry gate.

South AfricaThere was an unpleasant smell in the house specially from cushions and blinds looks like was not properly cleaned. There was no washing machine, no clothes rack to dry the clothes(of course we will go to the beach). Would be nice if owner put a table in the bedrooms to keep the usable items like cosmetics, cream, lotion, ornaments etc . mirror was behind the door with the hooks for hanging clothes in both bedrooms which was really inconvenient,every single time was getting ready had to remove the clothes and close the door . Peeler and strainer also wasn’t in the kitchen which was inconvenient as well . House could be more cleaner specially the glass doors, windows and bathrooms. There was a nasty stain in the both toilets . no door or curtain for attached bathroom ,we had to close the main door to use bathroom as we have kid. Shower door was also broken.
The view was breathtaking. Bed and sofa was comfortable. Agent was communicating nicely whenever we tried to. They even provided an extra fan when we mentioned one is not working. Enough pots and crockeries was provided. There were two bathrooms which really helpful.
