The room decor is a little too Spartan for my liking. Our room was very small. A few hooks to hang things would be good.

Pretty much perfect in every way

I don't have a negative viewpoint.

My stay at theLab Robertson was amazing. All the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I had a wonderful neck and back massage in a wooden cabin across the lake; what a way to be close to nature. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend theLab as a great breakaway that is located in a beautiful, relaxing setting. It is also a dog friendly environment, so pet lovers can bring their fur babies. TheLab is also in close proximity to various wine farms. I did a pairing at Van Loveren Family Wine Farm situated in a beautiful garden that is worth a visit. Thank you for my experience at theLab.

The only down side and totally out of the Lab's control were the mosquitos but we had tabbard so we were sorted.

We had a room at the other side of the road that gave us a lot of privacy. We loved the private jacuzzi and the mountain view. The staff was very friendly and the food was divine.

Short bed. (1,90) By removing the bath tub, you would easily have room for a more adequate bed. Fortunately we are not tall . All the tech gadgets…. They only break down and require constant maintenance. I thought some of them were superfluous and had a negative impact, e.g. all blinds would close, but I actually only wanted to close one of them. The minuscule TV might as well be removed,

Pool area, dam and deck. All lovely and are a major attraction. Staff friendly; some additional training is required.. The food was nice.

Only complaint is that the bedroom blinds only lowered halfway and the outside light was bright. Solved by using a sleep mask .

Breakfast was served very slowly but that said was delicious.

Managing director welcomed us warmly on arrival - great start to our visit. Super introduction to room & facilities. We like a stop with an in house restaurant & weredelighted with our dinner - superb food and superb staff waiting on. 🙌🙌. Room very comfortable. Morning swim before breakfast superb.

Felt commercial, music playing all the time (why, when you are surrounded by nature sounds?), a few glitches (aircon remote stopped working one night; loud unit outside my bedroom) got fixed on request

Our room was small and I don’t like how low the bed is, knocked against the bed frame a couple of times

The hot tub , the restaurant , the massage and the pool area were amazing really enjoyed it. I like the privacy between the rooms as well.
