(We have a coffee machine at home, so we are used to using one) we even read the instructions. We (a group of friends) all had to ask for blankets, as the rooms are very cold. Some fitted the beds, some were way too small. Rather than technology, you could spend money enhancing the rooms.
The staff are brilliant and an absolute asset to this guesthouse. From drinks on the deck, two superb dinners and breakfasts. The staff are friendly and helpful and always around. We loved the furbabies, and the setting in beautiful.

The shower is open to the room so if one person showers it steams up the entire room and the door must be kept open which is not ideal in winter.
Cleanliness, friendly staff, great value for money and dog friendly which is always a plus.

The staff and owner of TheLab was so friendly and professional. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast. The rooms were very modern and we had a good nights rest! Lovely to see so many stars as this place is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of South Africa. We will be back.

Upon reporting this matter, I was escorted to shower in another room. This was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Very unfortunate.
The locaton of the property was excellent and convenient, stunning views by the pool deck. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I truly enjoyed the breakfast, it was tasty and filling.

The property is ideally situated in the Robertson valley with stunning views and in wonderful farmland surroundings. Very tranquil and idyllic. The buildings and grounds are very well maintained and reflect the passion and sincerity of the owners. Attention to detail is excellent and the facility has much to offer.
