The bed we used in Toro room isn't quite comfortable. It can be improved. There's need for a chair or chairs in the rooms, hangers in the cupboards to hang clothes, and a small rack to dry up smalls such as towels and pants.

The place is cosy. The location is perfect. The neighbourhood is ok too. We didn't experience any challenges, there was no crime or fear of being mugged. We liked the barbecue area and the general friendly atmosphere

No microwave, plates and iron for guests. No hand-wash in the bathroom. The bathroom door doesn't fully close. Electricity was also a bit of a problem but they've got backup

Unfortunately there was a power outage in the town so the backup system could only carry us for 4 hours. But there's nothing they can do about it and they handled it well.

the hot water finishes early. Saturday night and sunday morning i had to put water with a kettle coz there was no hot water. Also the old fashioned TVs you might consider changing them

The hospitality of the staff and the beautiful rooms. The staff was friendly and the place is closer to suncity. The staff is always available if you are in need of anything. The electricity back up as well is good,you dont get to experience load shedding

The area is very quiet. The rooms clean and enough space to move around. The room we were in ,we could hear other guests even when not loud, in short walls needs to be insulated for sound.

The air conditioning unit in our room was not working. Had an argument with the owner and she was of no help in the end. Made sleeping in the room virtually impossible because of the heat. Horrible horrible experience.

There water pressure was extremely low. You have to tell the stuff to increase water pressure inorder to bath or wash hands. The lady could have atleast provided water in a bucket for handwash. The family room is extremely small. The venue offer no privacy and the yard is unkept. No hot water in the mornings. The excuse of water not been available is unacceptable and unprofessional. You knew guests were coming why didn't you provide alternatives or cancel and refund.

First we were given the wrong room and the toilet was not working and then moved to a correct room after being given attitude by the staff. The room we moved to didn't have the kettle as per what was supposed to be provided and we had to wait to be provided with boiling water and the owner(Mosa) just wasn't interested in resolving the issues raised after calling her a number of times.

Upon arrival we realized we had a flat tyre ( women only ) Thami ensured that we were sorted before we left for my sisters SAPS graduation at Mankwe SAPS academy. Thank you! The place is beautiful, beds/pillows amazing! Really beautiful rooms
