The water on the jaccuzzi wasnt prepared on time, took time to be warm , didnt really enjoy the jaccuzzi and that is what i like most about the place.

We expected a jacuzzi and was a little disappointed in the spa bath as it is not very big and very shallow.

Central to many activities in the area. Unit was clean and neat. Cleaning service and fresh towels provided on a daily basis. A very friendly and helpful Duty Manager greeted us upon our arrival.

The Staff was very supportive and friendly and was ready to help all the time, there were a few small things that weren't fine like the cooking hotplates and a few kitchen stuff. Overall place is fantastic and worth trying.

The shower wasn't adjustable,the water was either too hot or too cold and it took a while for the water to heat up.

Liked everything on the property especially the hot tub. The place is neat, spacious and has all the self catering requirements.

Having to climb stairs to the second level to get to the bedroom. My spouse is 70 years old and the climb was very difficult. USB ports did not work by the bed, TV did not change channels and the building was not fairly represented in the online booking.

Here all things which were far away from our expectations. - Our lodging was very closed from a Road with a lot of trafic. Very far away from « Tranquil ». It was just noisy - wifi did not work. We had to use the one from the neighbours - bathroom: just basic. The shower had three options: very cold, booking hot, or a couple of seconds of correct temperature. - kitchen: just basic. Very far away from (afordable) luxuary. For cooking, the gaz did not work properly. - we ordered a 2 rooms house and a one bedroom one. For the one bedroom one we got… a tent ! This could be a Booking.com issue but is just not correct - lightning did not work properly - jacuzzi did not work properly - it was not properly clean As a conclusion: the photograph who took the pictures for the website did a good job. But this was a long Time ago! It could be ok some years ago.

Honestly there isn't anything bad I can say about the Tranquil Nest except I wish you could have stayed for longer.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly with assisting even the smallest needs. Our unit's trip switch went off and it was fixed within minutes. The whole clamping set up is perfect if you are a couple that wants to get away from everything and just spend time together. With a jacuzzi on the balcony we enjoyed making food and eating it with a wonderful view when we would proceed to enjoy the jacuzzi sipping on wine or mimosa or whatever you like. The jacuzzi water is super clean and can be drained every day if necessary. This is a love nest that would have stayed for much longer. We will definitely be baie. The facility is clean and comfortable.

A tent then I had to shwich to a house it was a hardboard and I didn't like it as well even the trees making noise the whole nyt as if it was raining, we caught flue when we leave. The TV the signal not there, we never watched TV

I won’t say there’s much that I liked because the house was clean but not properly clean the carpet was not clean and also the sleeping couch has visible stains and not comfortable anymore and the bed needs to be changed it’s not comfortable at all not forgetting the issue of water at night it was hard for us to make use of the toilet because there was no water at all and the deck on the floor next to the private pool needs attention because there’s a visible nail that can make a serious injury to anyone who’s using the pool..and yea the stuff is so friendly and welcoming especially the FOH guy I forgot his name.

The accommodation is close to a main road where cars and trucks drive and the noise at night is so unbearable you can't even sleep. Coupled with the guests occupying the tent next to ours, they played music so loud way beyond midnight. Loud music is supposedly allowed until 10 pm but no, the caretaker did not care about that... We had booked for 3 nights but after the second night we had to check out...

The interior was really beautiful, and comfortable... The jacuzzi was clean, noisy but but clean...
