At breakfast, I requested an omelette and asked for some food to be microwaved, but the staff seemed displeased with both requests. When I returned to my room 20 minutes before check-out, I discovered that my key card was deactivated, and the room phone was no longer working. After calling room service to help me access the room, I wanted to take a shower but found there was little to no water. Since the room phone was disconnected, I had to search for their mobile number online to report the issue, which took an hour to resolve. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring problem, and it’s puzzling why it hasn’t been addressed. The golf cart service for transporting guests between rooms and reception is a nice idea, but there’s only one cart, operated by a receptionist who appeared inconvenienced by the additional responsibility.

The room and facilities looked run down. There was very low water pressure when taking a shower so could not wash properly. The wifi was bad and could not give access to all websites so no access to Netflix or any streaming sites.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful.

Quite a hike from the room to the main building to go for food or to the main foyer. The convention rooms were closer. Food was on the cold side for breakfast. Had to wait a really long time for lunch when we arrived....not sure if that was because we were ordering outside of the designated lunch time? Food was great when we got it. Rooms are outdated and in need of some serious repairs. Our shower head wasn't working well....in fact it was a dribble and you had to be right up against the wall to get into the water. When the water got hot it was squalding hot...beware if you accidentally hit the tap while showering. The taps on the bathtub had been bashed into the wall. I think before they spend money on adding new rooms...maybe fix the ones you have. Decor is a little outdated.

It was great that they picked us up from the airport and took us back the next day. Breakfast was included and was good but a bit cold by the time we got there. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Nice pool right outside our building. VERY friendly staff.

The Wi-Fi was very poor, the TV had four channels and did not work well after 21:00 hours. There was a table with bad legs. The service overall was okay. Had one important problem. I asked for another bottle of water and they said I had to pay for one. For a bottle of water.. that is getting ridiculous. And when I mentioned that fact, the staff laughed at me. The staff thought it was funny that I wanted them to give me a bottle of water. A place that wants to consider themselves a good place will always give a bottle of water to a client. Not have me go to a bar to buy another bottle. Communication between staff needs to be improved. I did talk with a new manager and he said he is working on these things. Along with not having real coffee which was quite irritating in this day and age. Again talking to the new manager, he mentioned he was going to be improving that also.

Beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was very good. The showers were very nice.

There are far too many steps with no signs to warn you. If you have mobility issue you will struggle with the amount of stairs there is. The price we booked here on Booking.com was not price charged at hotel, they charge us more despite telling them the price we book.

No water in rooms. Check in took ages. Bathrooms dirty. Just a grubby hotel. Average food in the restaurant. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Sorry for my honest review.

Stayed here twice during this trip (1x night each time). Used purely for the location as relatively nearby the airport. It is deadly quiet at lacks ambience. First stay, internet problems & changed the room twice before finding a room that had reach of wi-fi though still limited. Large grounds, completely empty - yet the staff chose to put me in rooms quite a walk away from reception, restaurant & bar. Safe & clean enough, but the layout, structure & decor resembles a prison more than I hotel. Overpriced for what you get. Would probably use again if 1x nights accommodation is needed in Lusaka before early morning onwards flight simply for the easy reach to the airport, but for longer stays I would certainly find something different.

I didn't like I had to fight roaches this time. I didn't experience roaches previously when I visit the first time Also I told the gentleman that my phone wasn't working but never did get fixed at all. The scenery on the outside was beautiful also.

The breakfast was delicious. They had variety to pick from. I like the boil eggs, chips, deserts. Richard their shuttle driver came and got us From the airport to Mika convention. He was so friendly and helped us get to our room and came and got me and my friend when we got ready to leave from our room. Sifunga the cook was friendly and sit down with me and talk with me about what ingredients that was in the veggie burger that I was trying to order. The veggie burger was so delicious. 😋 I can't remember the cook that made it but he was a good cook and let me sample some veg. soup he made. He was very friendly and always checking with me to see that the food was appropriate for me and how I liked it.

The sliding door not properly aligned, leaving a gap in between enough for insects or crawling creatures to enter the room. Also had problems with wifi was on and off. The room service charge was way too much. The staff were too noisy especially in the mornings.

Not bad. Though at times food not enough to go round. One time there was no bread for breakfast
