It's very new but resembles an original ancient Moroccan house, and some extra new parts are still in the making. Mohammed is kind, helpful and will show you the place around. The amazing riad manager, Yusef, not only came to welcome us from our drop-off point, but also carried our bags up the steep stairs to the riad.
