United Arab EmiratesTHe location is excellent and it's a family hotel that really cares and is trying. The balconies have maybe the best view of the mountains that I can imagine (I checked other hotels in person in case I was missing out). The balcony has wonderful sunlight for much of the day.
The staff were really helpful and provided lots of blankets and coverings to keep warm - I went in the height of winter.
Also, somehow they had hot water in the shower. I did not expect this, given the location and the rustic nature of the place.
This hotel is also away from the center, which I liked. You need to drive a few minutes into the village, or take a 40 minute or so walk.

Room was a bit dark but spacious and relatively clean as for the Moroccan standards, beds were very comfortable, good water pressure and hot water in the shower. The property is short walk from the centre of the village where you will find bars and shops. We had a beautiful and spacious room for 3 people. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Lots of attention to detail like Moroccan slippers and a gallabea to wear to the spa or cold evenings. The spa treatment was invigorating and a must to try. Lovely pool with waterfall and lots of sunbeds and cosy shady areas to sit when to hot.
