The buffet breakfast and dinner were perfect for families. Our 2 year old daughter had plenty of options as did we. Our bedroom was perfect for family as well. We had 2 double beds in the bedroom, a tatami room with table and 4 chairs (futons in the cupboard), a nice bathroom with a bathtub that opened up to the balcony, and a balcony big enough to hang out when our daughter went to sleep. There were also options for a mumu style outfit or a yukata for the hotel stay. Our daughter absolutely loved it and it made travelling so much nicer to not come with with laundry. There were so many things we could do which was really nice as the weather was very typhoon like for a day anda half of our stay. We paid extra for a kids soft play but it was worth it as everything was on the same premises :).

Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Kimitsu no Mori features a sauna and a hot spring bath, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Kimitsu.

Pretty much everything, from the clean, big and tidy rooms that we got to the hot spring area, it was a great and relaxing stay, just a bit hard to get to, but taxies came to the rescue

Kameyama Onsen Hotel in Kimitsu has a garden and a terrace. Each accommodation at the 3-star ryokan has lake views, and guests can enjoy access to a hot spring bath and a public bath.

This is a slice of the 70s, fixed in time. That's not necessarily a bad thing but don't expect all the modern comforts of a chain hotel. The bath was lovely - dark, mineral-laden water at just the right temperature.

Great location to explore Isumi railway and nature. There is a cute cafe next to the lake, 10 minutes walk from there. Cute old refurbished houses. Kind and friendly owner from Hong Kong that lent us salt and pepper for our barbacue.

I love that the hotel and the hotel room are cleaned and nice. Although it does not have a onsen but each room has a onsen look alike bath room. Love it. This was my 2nd time staying in the hotel. Free parking at the hotel or near by public carpark.

Very good for price wise. They gave me a room in 8th floor with big window facing Kisarazu Station, great night view. The bathroom is very nice, huge bath tub and traditional style shower facilities too, so we can also enjoy private onsen feeling.
