From the shuttle pickup at Obihiro station to drop off, Seijyakubow far exceeded any expectations I had for onsen/ryokans. Our greeter was Ms. K. Shoji. She provided a thorough explanation of the property & use of the facilities. She exuded a cheerful warmth that made us feel welcomed. The furo just outside of the room was private yet in view of a snowy courtyard. The kaiseki dinner & breakfast were traditional & well customized to our party esp for me w/shellfish allergies. After dinner, the onsen provided a free shuttle to an illumination site, which was quite dramatic.
From the attention to detail, service & hospitality, Tokahigawa Moor Onsen Seijyakubow was a memorable experience.
