Guest reviewFrom the check-in to the check-out nothing to complain about. Check-in/out self made with the machine or even with locals very self explaining. Very close to the main station. Clean and absolutely a great traditional japanese experience.

Staffs are very very helpful and friendly. My friend left her scarf at an Onsen Ryokan in Tamatsukuri Onsen and a staff called them for us to check if they found a scarf. When we asked a nice cafe near the hotel, she copied a map and circled the cafe on the map and gave the map to me. The staffs went the extra miles to help us. It's a short walk to the Castle which is a must see in Matsue. The breakfast was a highlight. Multiple elevators for quick access to any floor. Free amenities (toothbrush etc.), free snacks and manga to read in the hot springs. Large, multiple spring baths with different temperature. Ryokan style service: first cleaning of the wheels of suitcase, putting of shoes and walking through entire interior of hotel in socks on tatami floor.
