United StatesThe traditional Japanese room was really nice. Gave an authentic feel of a traditional Japanese room from the floor mat to the futons and it was way more comfortable than I thought it would be. The best part was the outdoor onsen, great experience for those who have never tried it.

The rooms and onsen are just stunning, traditional looking but extremely clean and well maintained. The women’s bath is incredible, very high ceiling and you get the impression to go back in time a few centuries. The staff was exceptional, making us feel very welcome and comfortable, so friendly and helpful.
