We stayed one night prior to an early morning flight at Haneda airport. It was a good value and adequate size for a family relative to other options in the area.

There are multiple buildings at this resort. We liked the options for things to do without having to leave the property.

The lady staff was so helpful. Despite not knowing much english we were still able to communicate well. The traditional tatami room was small but big enough for a couple. The lady also gave us post cards when we checked out.
Experience culture authentically with a stay at these traditional Japanese-style accommodations. Sleep on the floor (on a futon roll) in a room furnished with tatami flooring and sliding doors. Guests can often expect access to a communal bath, plus a complimentary Japanese garment called a yukata.
Location is good - near to the harbor area and parks. Nice view from the hotel if a room with view is chosen. The hotel onsen is nice though there is no cold pools.
Comapct but well organised room, has all the basics at a good price.
On site onsen was also a plus.
The location is great, not far from the metro station and within walking distance to many attractions.
There is an Onsen which is very popular with guests. If this is your jam you’ll love this hotel. Close to great restaurants at the red brick warehouse and an amusement park. I loved Viking the Nissan engine museum and a tour of the Kirin beer factory. There is also a great chocolate theme cafe next door. Family marts galore.
It was so good in functionality, plus amenities were exceptionally good, such as Japanese Yukata gown after the bath which was replaced in daily basis and the slippers which are rare to have for the guests for 3 star hotel (I thought it was 3 stars but could be higher). The price was fairly reasonable and location was fantastic! The biggest part is the big public bath with hot spring inside the hotel, which was free for the guests.
A true Japanese experience on a futon on tatami mat on the floor The room was hugely spacious The young couple with their gorgeous baby boy who own it were lovely It was so close to Chinatown for great food and just a short walk from the railway We commuted by bus to the shipping terminal for a 3 week cruise thereafter and were really happy with our choice of accommodation the night before The Convenience store is close and it’s in a very central position
Very cool hotel, somewhat hidden away on a side street, with an austere, elegant feel. Bedroom was a huge low futon on a step-up in a tatami room. All black with a white bed. Shower/bath tub Japanese style, which was very enjoyable. Very private and quiet. A great section of Yokohama, with lots going on outside, with some fun restaurants. Wonderful spot that we hope to return to.
The couple running the guesthouse were lovely. Very polite, chatty, excellent English. Great location and really charming rooms - tatami mats, futons, sliding doors etc.
