Krásný hotel s restaurací v klidném místě interlakenu. Stavba je krásná roubená dřevěnice. Pokoje čisté a velké, Ocenili jsme ručníky různých barev, což je pak při praktickém využití přínosem, že se nepletou. Snídaně bohaté, každý se vybral, vynikající šunky a sýry, bohužel zelenina úplně chyběla. Při ubytování jsme obdrželi kartičku s městskou dopravou po Interlakenu zdarma, což bylo skvělé.

The staff were extremely friendly. We arrived around 1 p.m. for check-in, and the lady at the front desk woke up from her sleep to check us in. They gave us discount cards and many good sightseeing recommendations, and even a very tasty bar of chocolate upon check out. The front restaurant area is a dream. Best view out of any hotel in Switzerland we stayed at. Highly recommend.

The staff were extremely professional, friendly but also respecting privacy. I travelled with my german shepard, and experienced one of the doggie friendliest hotel. Bed, bowls and even a beefstick provided. I wasn’t corrected for letting my dog walk with no leash. But since my dog walks next to me at all times, i don’t see the need. Again they used common sense which shows the professionality of this establishment. The Beau Rivage is extremely clean, but I do expect that in places like this. But what really gave a signature to their cleanliness is the poolwater. It is fresh, clean and steril in smell. I would like to fantasize they use pure glacier water, at least I felt like that in comparison to like every other Hotel.

The beautiful resort with full kitchen and impeccably clean apartments are in the perfect location - quiet area of the main street, 10 minute walk to Interlaken Ost and 5-10 minute walk to the supermarkets and other restaurants. It is managed like a 5-star hotel (but is very homey), by warm, kind, friendly and very helpful people. Special mention to Andrea who communicated with me prior to our stay and waited for my family and I even when we arrived late. To Samantha who helped us with the washing machine and allowed us to check out late. To Peter who was patient and committed in helping us when we needed to find the exhaust of the stove and explaining to us our train pass options that enabled us to all the more enjoy the Jungfrau region.
