Location is very nice, not far from Faak lake. Room size was good, with direct access to the terrace. Fully furnished kitchen (only minor comment is that it would be good to have a microwave oven in it too). Both rooms have balcony, one is facing South, one is facing East. The apartment we stayed in is ideal for 4 persons The landlady was very kind, she speaks Slovenian and Italian, and of course German, however unfortunatly not English.
