What an amazing location within walking distance of the Trauffer Museum and Ballenberg Museum and so many fabulous hikes! The room setup was perfect for our trip with grandparents. The property lives up to its photos, a spacious interior, and views through large windows, which we appreciated despite the gloomy weather. Well-equipped for a comfortable stay, the house offers a complete set of barbecue gear and all necessary household utensils. The house comfortably balances the charm of a mountain retreat with amenities, making it ideal for a family or group holiday. Our two-family group (4 adults, 2 kids) found the accommodations suitable. While there's only one toilet, an additional small sink upstairs proved convenient. The outdoor grill was a highlight of our stay.

The host was very welcoming to all guests, readily available, and accommodating to all needs. There are large common areas inside and outside for dining as well as a firepit, creating opportunities to socialize with other guests. There is plenty of space to get away if you prefer privacy. The views are spectacular! We had only planned to stay a couple of nights but enjoyed it enough to extend our stay and additional three nights.
