Tágas, modern, jól felszerelt apartman, hatalmas terasszal és fantasztikus kilátással a tóra. A konyhában volt nagy hűtő, sütő, mikró, mosogatógép (hozzá tabletta), fűszerek, olaj, méz, só, stb. Ide tényleg semmit nem kell vinni. Az apartmanhoz saját parkolóhely tartozik az épület alatti mélygarázsban. A belváros kicsit távolabb volt, de a metró megállója pár méterre volt az apartmantól, ami egészen a partig megy.
