Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. Staffs are very nice. Everyone is kind and they explained about this island. We visited this island first time, so we don’t know anything but they told us very clearly. It was helpful for us.

Our room probably had the best view and you could see the sunset perfectly from our balcony. And the hot tub (kept at 85 degrees) was perfect for the hot day time. The host was also extremely helpful and set up a chat on WhatsApp with him so that we could ask him daily recommendations and things. And his recos were spot on.

Location is great - a quick 5 min walk from the middle of Fira but away from all the crowds. Very private and quiet but access is wonderful. Host was so amazingly helpful - we had multiple flight (incoming and outgoing) changes and they were so accommodating. Fresh towels every day, easy to dry out bathing suits on the patio. A lovely time in Santorini. Stay in the Ariel suite, super private tub!

Our room was perfect - beautifully styled, clean, comfortable bed and the private pool overlooked the ocean to the east so we had sunrise views. The host was amazing, she helped us arrange airport transfers and even a local dinner reservation so we could watch the sunset.

The property is in the heart of this vibrant town and still we were able to sleep with our windows open as our room was facing a private courtyard. Our favourite part was heaving breakfast or an evening snack and a glass of wine on the property’s terrace overlooking the whole caldera view. We would like to thank George and his team for going out of their way to make our trip so special!
