Ferienhaus Walcher is located in Sankt Martin am Grimming, just 12 miles from Kulm and 25 miles from Dachstein Skywalk.

There was an issue with the reservation, but Florian, the host, was supportive enough and said he would take all communications with Booking on his own. Very friendly family. The apartments are very clean and modern. The queen bed is excellent and comfy, should say that the couch sleeping place is also fine, nevertheless, as the heating oven is working during the night, some fan sounds in the living room could be disturbing for sensitive sleepers. Location is around 15-20 mins drive from Schladming ski slopes.

    It was the forth time I had a trip to This village but I can say it was the best stay Ive ever had in Halstadt area. Everything is better than the pictures and Wimmer family were so kind and make this stay even more amazing.

    We had a nice stay, the location is wonderful, beautiful view of the lake and few minutes walk to a beach that you can swim. The water of the lake is cold but not as cold as other lakes in the area so it was nice to go in. A nice pool and a sauna. We were lucky to stay on a weekend in August that had two events, one in the hotel - food, music and performances and one in the small village near the hotel that had activities for children, food stands and music. Breakfast is very good, it is not included.

    Brand new resort/village made of beautiful houses in the local traditional style. Either entire houses or flats can be rented, each with fully equipped kitchen and sauna. Very quiet location immersed in the woods on the slopes of the Grundlsee lake.
