Marvellous place! Beautifully located on a southern slope high enough above the main road that when you take afternoon coffee in the sun you never hear a car passing. Perfectly furnished kitchen with all appliances, big fridge and all the utensils you could imagine. The spring water in the tap is a particular revelation. It is simply delicious and much better than any mineral water available on the market. The location is close to many entrances to Konigstour, a wonderful six-mountain back-and-forth trail. It is also relatively close to the huge Leogang/Saalbach/Hinterglemm ski paradise. Kitzsteinhorn Glacier is also within reach by car. All in all, it is no doubt one of the best places I have stayed in during my 25 years of skiing in Austria.
