    I liked the closeness to the airport as had an early morning flight. The free shuttle bus into the heart of town and return was handy. The village vibe of lots of people relaxing, cooking and enjoying the pool.

    Spacious, light and comfortable with huge outdoor al fresco area with views to water and esplanade. Bed was good, everything very clean , quite private being behind the front villas. Pool at doorstep. Pleasant walk into town with plenty of eateries on tap. Odettes for breakfast lives up to previous comments and the Cock and Bull meals are huge… Both easy to reach from the property.

    Floriana Villas (apartment 4) is a stunning apartment. It is beautifully finished and well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean and the beds were really comfortable. Our host, Deena was very responsive to our questions and has kitted out the apartment with everything you need to make it a home away from home. A great base to explore the Great Barrier Reef and rainforests.
