For this stay my room was excellent, it was surrounded by trees with beautiful little birds darting between the villas. The facilities in the room were exactly what I wanted.

We love staying at Palms and alternate from just a villa to a luxury villa now and then.

The Tropical Villas were awesome. the outside area with table and chairs was where we spent a lot of time. The pool area was great with heaps of chairs and shade, the pool bar was a bonus and the cocktails delicious. The location was probably as good as you can get in Darwin. Close to beach, waterfont district, bars and shops.

The pools are nice, Mindil beach is a beautiful location to relax plus you’ll be next door to the popular markets on Thursday. Can’t beat the sunsets here. We stayed at the older part of the hotel which I imagine is not as nice as the villas so running down a bit. We’re still very happy and will stay here again

We stayed in one of the 2-bedroom "Tropical Villas". It was a great size for a family of 5. Clean & comfortable. We also loved that it was in amongst the trees so didn't feel like you were in a caravan park.

The location was amazing. Was able to walk just about everywhere. The gardens are beautiful and provided a sanctuary in the city. Villas were great and had all we needed. Would definitely book again if in Darwin.
