Very nice property owned by a family. The host was very helpful. Parking right in front of the property. There is a restaurant inside. The apartment was spacey. Plenty of room for 5 people. Large living area and kitchen. Quiet location with mountain view.

We had such a wonderful time here with our two small children. The view is beautiful, the house is clean and honestly looks better in person than the pictures. We could take a 5 minute walk down to an amazing playground. St. Gallen is like a 10 minute drive. Although this apartment is a 1 bedroom, it was spacious enough to not feel like we were on top of each other. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The host, Anke, was helpful in answering my questions prior to my stay. I appreciate her support in helping me find the best route via public transportation. Immediately after I arrived, she was friendly in introducing herself, her children, and animals. I enjoyed two conversations with her husband, Nathanael, who was friendly and kind. Her two eldest children were also friendly and kind to me. The little house I rented is lovely. The stairs to the bedroom are steep. The view from the living room and kitchen looks upon trees, their house, and a wee bit of mountains. Hiking in the surrounding area is okay, much of it is walking on the roads. Many thoughtful touches in the accommodation. Having a washing machine was great. It was nice to have candles and a firepit with firewood. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and had excellent knives. The underfloor heating was good. The shower was great with lots of hot water. Excellent WIFI, strong and consistent. I don’t have kids, but the place seemed well-appointed for families with small children. As a single woman, I felt safe in the accommodation and in the surrounding area.

This house was cozy and old fashioned and homey. Everything we needed to make a meal and stay in was available. The host greeted us and was so welcoming. The view of the mountains around, covered in snow, was beautiful. They even put around a few decorations, as it was Christmas! We walked from the train station, and even in the dark in the cold, it was about about 10 minutes.
