I felt like I was in a Wes Anderson film. The styling was quirky. It was easy to relax. The courtyard had beautiful sunlight during the day and it wasn't too cold at night. There is a nice pub within walking distance. It was my first stay in a place like this in the Czech Republic, so it felt like a representation of a family home. I am glad to have modern appliances (especially for coffee!). The host was very knowledgeable about the area. His family has had a long line of decendants here and the Farmhouse is a passion project to bring it back to life. He speaks excellent English to my non-existent Czech.
