Great location, close enough to the motorway and Merzig yet remote and quiet. Our excellent host Ana greeted us at the property. The property was new on booking.com with no reviews when we booked however we were pleasantly surprised. The house was well appointed and preserved, kitchen fully equipped with great views over the village, bathrooms in great condition, bedrooms / living areas were comfortable, cozy and clean and parking was available right in front of the house. Everything was clean and comfortable. In fact, the property resembled a cozy home rather than a generic rental - we travel quite a bit and this one really impressed. We learned that Ana also runs a naturopathy practice which is located nearby, we would consider trying her therapies on another occasion, time permitting. We had enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book this property again in the future.

We have stayed several times in this house because the host is super kind and helpful and the house is superb - quiet and clean, all the equipment is well-functioning and there is plenty of tableware. Just off the old market square, a cottage with real character on two floors. It was nicely renovated and fully equipped with quality fittings and appliances. The garden patio would be a delight on summer evenings. Safe and free parking close by, and just a short walk into this lovely little town. Also not far to drive to several excellent hiking trails.
