David went out of his way to help me when I was in a tight spot because of a miscommunication with another reservation that was completely my fault. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience.
Once I was in my room, my experience at the hotel was incredible. The views were insane, the private beach was unimaginably picturesque and I couldn't help feeling so so lucky that David was there to help me out of a tight spot. This place is truly a one-of-a-kind experience outside of the beauty of Las Galeras itself. The location is absolutely unbelievable, and I immediately felt welcome and a part of the community of people that had come there for whatever variety of reasons. I actually loved the property so much that I didn't even walk to the nearby beach, even though that is also one of the best beaches! I'll have to visit next time.

We loved staying in Las Galeras and at Michelle’s beautifully quaint LaBellaventura. Our cabin was surrounded by a beautiful garden and we totally loved it. The location is ideal and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Michele is a walking encyclopedia of Las Galeras and recommended amazing restaurants and adventures depending on the weather. Also the breakfast served by Michelle felt like being at home. If you are looking for an opportunity to unplug and enjoy the beautiful Las Galeras Island vibes, this is the right property!

I had the biggest pleasure and luck to sleep in this beautiful house close to one of the best part, in my opinion, of Dominican Republic.
The attention to details, the love that Maria Virginia and her parents put in this place is something that I will always keep in my heart.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Cueva. Hans has created a quiet, spacious oasis a quick walk away from the beautiful Playa Playita beach and main street of Las Galeras. We loved the location, the neighborhood horses, and the cute street pups that escorted us home from town each evening under the stars. Definitely book here if you're looking for a unique property near all the things Las Galeras has to offer. Truly a magical experience.
