Located in Peebles in the Borders region, Barns Library provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.

Well designed and considered with good quality, comfortable furnishings. Brilliant selection of books, and subscription TV services (eg Apple) on the Smart TV. Good quality coffee was much appreciated. The estate is beautiful, and just 10 minutes drive from Peebles which has everything you need for food shopping as well as some nice cafes. As an FYI for anyone who likes to know these things, the 4 poster bed has a very hard mattress and the twin beds are soft.

Good location in centre of village. Plentiful take-aways very close by. We ate the best pizza, in the pub's beer garden. A nice cold buffet breakfast was provided, with lots of choice of cereals, toast, pastries, fruit, preserves, yogurt etc.

Really spacious flat, quiet little village. I loved the main bedroom, it was really comfortable and the wardrobes were ample storage. Lovely place, there was always a spot to park on the street though I believe the driveway comes with the property. The kitchen had everything I needed for home cooking, the lounge room was cosy. The washing machine with provided laundry pods was amazing! Definitely follow their advice of leaving the key in the key safe as you will never get locked out.

Brilliant staff and meal. Really nice room and comfortable bed. Right in the middle of a cute village, yet really quite, I couldn't hear the road at all. They provided a really great dinner and breakfast with local ingredients :).

Location is a quite location yet still close to the village’s amenities. The room was spacious and well equipped. The owner was friendly and able to offer advice about places to eat etc. Breakfast was very good and served in a very pleasant room overlooking the large garden.

It looks like a forgotten mansion from the busy world. Built old, but well maintained. Lovely hens are walking around and full of calmness.

Very comfortable room. Luxurious bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. Perfect bike storage. Good recommendation for an evening meal and advice for the next day's cycling regarding the lack of facilities until the outskirts of Edinburgh are reached

Incredibly quiet but only a few minutes walk from the village centre (and its fab ice-cream shop!) and the start of the biking and walking trails. Friendly locals, Easy parking.
