Situated in Kassiopi in the Ionian Islands region, The Cassius Hill House features a balcony and mountain views.

An amazing location, close to beaches and shops. House was beautiful and gave us everything we needed to eat in or pop to town to dine. We hired a boat from the harbour to give us access to even more beaches. The castle was a short stroll away and was an interesting experience.

Fabulous villa with a spectacular location right on the beach, with our own direct access to the beach. It is about 10 minutes walk away from the main part of town, which meant we had much more peace and quiet.

The location is outstanding. The view is breathtaking, we even saw dolphins in the bay. Don’t forget your binoculars . The pool is a lovely size, with beautiful views and a pleasant temperature, with sun beds, umbrellas and towels around it. There’s a great, small, pebble beach where the snorkelling is great ; and a few small restaurants within a short but steep walk.

The villa felt like home for us. The whole place is really nice, clean, well equipped and above all quiet, with charming views to the sea and the surrounding mountains. The entire team was really helpful, they kept in touch with us all throughout our stay and if a question was raised it was promptly answered. We had a really great time there and we are already considering coming back!

Ideal location - set back from the main street enough to be quiet and private, but most of Kassiopi is within a two minute walk. There are two apartments which can be rented out separately or together. We had a large group and rented both. Both have nice and very large balconies with a nice view over the town to the sea.

Location, just a few minutes from centre of kassiopi. The house is amazing, really old building that has been lovingly restored by the stonemason who is the host. Great heating as staying in December. Booked literally an hour before I needed to get in and host was there waiting to carry my bags. Honestly it's a great find.

    Beautiful villa in the middle of an olive grove overlooking the sea. Spacious rooms all facing the sea. Breathtaking seafacing views from the balconies. Many seating areas inside and outside the villa. Great pool. Peace and quiet. Plenty of beaches just a few minutes away by car. Wonderful.

    Great spacious private property with excellent facilities- the pool was wonderful and was cleaned every morning. Lovely rural setting. Hosts, Martha and Dimitris, were so helpful and kind, they took such pride in the Villa and nothing was too much trouble.

    The villa was very modern and comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing by the private pool without being overlooked by neighbours. It felt like a hotel stay with comfortable beds, quality bedding and daily housekeeping. Within easy driving distance of Kassiopi and Old Parithia.

    Simply amazing place - such a beautiful atmosphere and setting in the old village. The room was extremely well appointed and luxurious with lots of lovely touches. David and Marieke are absolutely wonderful hosts who know just how to make you feel welcome and looked after. The breakfast was brilliant, we loved the fact that they have tried very hard to use only local products. Very highly recommended, wish we could have stayed longer.

    Everything. A fantastic place to stay & relax with our friends. We were made to feel welcome by Martha who met us on arrival. Facilities were superb - bedrooms all en-suite, pool, outside areas for dining. The villa was cleaned during our 5 night stay & fresh towels provided. There was a good supply of shower & pool towels anyway. We were able to message the property for a few extra items & these were waiting for us on arrival.

    The villas pool was the highlight and the wrap around terrace. The villa was spacious and bathrooms of a good standard and cleaning was very thorough. Air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms. Kitchen equipment ok. Outside seating very good. Area was quiet and the towns of Acharavi and Kassiopi were only a 10 min drive away in either direction.
