Located within walking distance from Vathy harbour and the traditional village of Ano Vathy, Grand View Villas is a complex of fully equipped houses with views over the Aegean Sea.

The property was big and comfortable, also very clean. Sofa bed was also comfortable. It has a great view and close to all attractions. Drive was 10-20min to everywhere. There is a nice pool area. Also very clean. The owner was very nice. He showed us all the house and made recommendations regarding attractions and restaurants. Also very helpful with early checkin and late checkout.

Landlord was so kind. Our experince was amazing. We were 5 and have great time in house. The house is so clean and stuffed. Bed linens and towels is also clean and new. The village is also nice and cozy but our landlord was so kind and house is also so cozy and have domestic unique ambience. She put wine, fresh fruits, drinks and some snacks for us. Really welcomed experience from the begining till the end. If we will plan to come again we will stay this house again. Everything about our stay was perfect.

The house is very unique and located near the long and rocky beach. It was easy to find it with the help of instructions (gps address). We liked a house with the peaceful surroundings. There is a really nice path for outdoor enthusiasts. There are only few houses near Heras house, and no shops. Lack of shops wasn't a problem for us because we had a car. Special thanks for a washing machine and the swimming shoes. We would like to come back!

The hosts were extremely understanding. We kept them waiting for a while because our ferry was delayed. The location was great, it is on one of the most beautiful beaches in Samos. The house was super clean, my mother was amazed :) We were so comfortable about the cleanliness, we felt like we were at home.

    This was our second visit to the breathtaking sea-view apartment. The apartment was spotless and tidy. The host was super responsive and very helpful, as usual. The location is fantastic; I will definitely come back! It deserves much more than ten points.

    We stayed at the Village part of the resort, which was modeled after authentic villages on the island. You literally felt like you were living in a village but with luxurious rooms. Breakfast was fabulous, with many food and seating options. The hotel has a private beach with chairs and umbrellas. The main town is within walking distance.

    The hotel and its amenities are exceptionally perfect. We booked a villa with a private pool for our honeymoon. Meals and cocktails were outstanding. The beach is very clean, sunbeds are always clean and well arranged. Service at the beach is fast and very nice. The private villa with pool is very luxurious, highly recommended! Front desk staff is extremely friendly and they let us check in early, thank you again! Before we travel our expectation was really high, and we left the hotel with huge satisfaction.

    Awesome hotel. We got an upgrade to a room that is normally never available, which has a private pool area. Even a bottle of prosecco was waiting for us. Absolutely loved the stay. Breakfast was good too. Thanks again for making this an unforgettable experience. Truly 10/10.

    Everything about the house was perfect. Location, decoration, every single detail thought perfectly for our comfort. The beach is literally in front of the house. The restaurant near the house is perfect and serves to the house. Lemon daikiri they make is heaven! The village has everything you need. Markets, small shops, restaurants♥️ the owners of the house are extremely friendly and helpful.

The suites were fully equipped providing us all the comfort.The panoramic sea view from our private balcony was breathtaking.
