Featuring lake views, John & Margarets Place offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 25 km from Sliabh an Iarainn Visitor Centre.

House is excellent. Lovely private secluded area that was really great for our dog. Everything is there that you'd need and Paraic was extremely good to deal with. Its a very peaceful and quiet location overlooking the lake. We sat out in the evening which was wonderful. Couldn't recommend it more. A gem of a place. Big tesco only a 10 min drive away. Quiet roads for nice walks too.

The house is located in really picturesque village, surrounded by mountains, with lots of lakes. The way itself was extremely beautiful. Its about 30 min drive to Stairways to Heaven hike and same amount to Drumshanbo Gin Distillery (we did both). Host is extremely nice. The Irish breakfast was the best I have ever eaten.

Forest Lodge is a very comfortable and stylish house in a private holiday house community, nestled between a forest and a river. The house is huge and very comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed. It has a luxury ski lodge feel, with special mention to the numerous comfortable blankets and the BBQ.

Beautiful, luxurious and spotless clean rooms. We had a superior bedroom and it was impressive. Large bathroom with separate shower. Despite the fact that it is a busy large hotel the rooms and corridors were quiet. The staff were well trained, friendly and capable. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner in the Bistro and Golf Club. A well run establishment. Will be back.

A spotless room on a beautiful spot, close to Cavan town & other small villages 5' away driving. The hosts were extremely kind & friendly, as well as their furry friends. The bed was extremely comfortable & the room was spacious and with nice viewings. High recommendable Irish breakfast!

This is an amazing house, very unique and enjoyable. The house was presented really homely and very clean. The pictures don't do it justice, it's very spacious and has everything you need for a couple or family getaway, its fully loaded. It is kind of remote but that's part of the pleasure, it's a real forest log cabin but with the luxury of modern living. Waking up to no sound of traffic or other people was bliss!
