ItalyIt was THE BEST ACCOMMODATION I'VEHAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE (and I've traveled to more than 40 countries). The house is a rare gem! We were so impressed by everything. I felt like I was in a museum (lots of amazing pieces of furniture and interior decor). The place in the garden feels like heaven. The old dining table was amazing as well. I can not describe the level of excitement we've had to spend the night there. Too bad it was only for 1 night.

It is located in a quiet and peaceful area where you only hear sheep and with nice views of the valley and surrounding slopes. The shower was the best shower by far on our stays around Iceland so a big thumbs up for that. We had done so much on our trip around Iceland that this was a chill-out time for both of us before moving on. The surroundings felt so serene and peaceful. The cottage itself was beautiful: modern, well-appointed with high-end amenities, comfortable, and private. It was straight out of a glossy home and decor magazine! The hot tub with geothermal water was fabulous, especially after a driving for day.
