The property is well equipped with a very nice kitchen and bathroom. The place looks much better in reality compared to the pictures.

Boasting a hot tub, Erpsstadir Cottage is situated in Sauðafell. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi.

Fantastic location in the hill with no other houses nearby. Perfect place for Northern lights. House is 100 meters beyond what the Google map suggests. Parking at door step. Nice hot tub with hot water. Kitchen is well equipped. Washing machine and Dish washer convenient. House is nice and warm. Can go for a round trip of West from here. Some of the lights were not working and slight air leak from windows may be an issue in winter and so will be the access road. There are 3 bedrooms but only one bathroom.

Great location, quiet area, just what you want to enjoy when visiting Iceland. We stayed in a house with 3 rooms of which we used 2 with 5 persons. The kitchen, dining area and living room are small but cosy. Do not expect luxury but authenticity.

Cosy retreat in a wild and remote location (especially lovely feeling with the wind whistling outside), yet accessible on our route (driving through spectacular scenery) to rejoin the ring road after a detour north. Small and simple kitchen facilities, but plenty for cooking dinner and breakfast. Cabin has everything you need, lovely and warm and peaceful in a dramatic landscape. Good wifi, easily fast enough to watch films. Good communication too from host Soffia, thank you.

The house is not luxurious but it’s very clean, neat, and well-equipped. Most equipment seems pretty new. Also, the house is spacious, full of light, and offers stunning views over the fjord and the mountains. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and there’s plenty of parking.
