It was amazing! The proprietor was wonderful, the apartment is large with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a terrace and a back porch! There were all the amenities you could imagine along with some breakfast items, milk, and creamer. The home was immaculately clean, so comfortable, and the decorations were lovely! The furniture was so beautiful as some pieces seemed to be antiques in amazing shape and the ceiling paintings were out of a movie! I wish we had more nights there. The town square is just a block away - it literally feels like you stepped into a movie.

Everything. It is in a very beautiful place and Cetona is a treasure in the middle of Toscana. The flat is really clean and you can find all the facilities you can need for your stay. Cosy and comfortable. Sara's check-in instructions were clear and easy for everyone. Coffees and teas offered by the owner were great.

I recently stayed at the most charming little house nestled in a beautiful terrace of olive groves, and it was an absolute dream! The house is the perfect size for a weekend getaway, with a cozy kitchen, a comfortable living room, a spotless bathroom, and a welcoming bedroom. Every little amenity you could think of was provided, from excellent coffee to air conditioning that kept the space perfectly cool. The views from the house were simply stunning—picture-perfect scenes of olive groves, fruit trees, and colorful flowers. The setting is incredibly private and secluded, making it an ideal spot to unwind and relax. We even brought our pet along, and it was clear that this place is a haven for pets. They had just as much fun exploring the surroundings as we did! What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, were the owners. They were the loveliest hosts—kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure every detail was taken care of, ensuring our stay was perfect from start to finish.

A very welcoming and easygoing host. It was nice to have a full house of four rooms plus bathroom with parking and a small garden. The location is a good base for visiting Tuscany and Umbria. The host left for us many supplies for the Italian breakfast and also beverages in the fridge, milk and apples. The area is very quite. Only houses, no shop. There are mosquito nets at all windows. The bathroom and the bedrooms are big. There is an old washing machine that does its job. Although there is no air conditioning, by opening the windows on the right side of the house (depending on the hour) it was never too hot for us (early August).

    The villa was very nice with interesting history and beautiful surroundings. The host was very accommodating and attentive. The nearby town of Cetona was lovely with nice restaurants with very good food, as recommended by the host. The house heated up nicely and was very comfortable, but to fully enjoy it, summertime may be the best to enjoy the garden area and the pool. In any case, it was a perfect space for the 7 of us to stay.
