The property is nestled in the heart of Umbria, perched on a hill with breathtaking views. Despite the summer heat (around 38°C), we could comfortably spend time on the terrace until 1:00 PM and again in the evening. We enjoyed unforgettable moments watching the sunset and the star-filled sky. The proximity to the pool and the ability to use it at any time was a huge plus. The apartment is styled in true Italian fashion, with every detail reflecting the essence of Umbria—wooden furniture, a fireplace, brick flooring, terracotta pots, and Deruta ceramics. Beautiful and spotless.
The place is very peaceful and intimate, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The owners were very kind and helpful. We received plenty of information about local products and attractions, and every question we had was answered promptly.

It is in an ideal location to visit Assisi, Spello ,Perugia and lots of other beautiful medieval villages.

The flat is located in the old town, It's like being in a medieval castle. Very exciting :)
I made a mistake with the reservation, which could have caused a problem.
But they were very nice, they didn't even let me know that I made a mistake (as a result, I didn't realize it right away).
Instead, they solved it right away without saying a word. I wish to thank them again for that.

A perfect place to stay for visiting Assisi, Spello, Bevagna and many more historic sites. The veranda has a beautiful view overlooking olive trees, the valley and Assisi in the distance.
The appartment is newly renovated and everything inside is new. The appliances include a toaster, Coffee machines for both pods and filter, a washing machine and more. The bed is great and so is the shower.
The host was very attentive, helpfull and responsive using WhatsApp.
The appartment fit my needs so perfectly that I stayed longer than I intended.
