We had a lovely stay at Amuura Beach Villa with Claire! The villa is beautiful and the atmosphere is very familiar due to the small number of rooms. On the ground floor there is a living room area and an outside dining area. We stayed for two nights and finished our vacation with beach time and great sunsets. Our room was clean and spacious with a moskito net. The shared bathroom was actually no problem at all - it was also clean and nicely designed and offered soap, a hand towel and shampoo for the guests. The beach infront of the villa is small and nice. Nothing for far walks though. We spent a very chilly time on the sunbeds right by the beach underneath the palm trees. Very close to the villa (7 min walk) is a big fish market, which we visited. Entrance is 100 Rupia per person and you get a visitor pass, so people know you won't buy anything. It was a nice experience. To ensure you see most of the fish, be there early, latest by 7 am. Claire also has a nice garden a little away from the villa, which we hadn't the time to visit though. Ask her, if you can visit it. Still, we took home few packs of the cinnamon from her garden. On YouTube there is a video of Amuura how it is hand-made! Thank you very much for the pleasant stay, Claire! We would come back anytime....

Everything! We loved the beautiful gardens and pool area, and our room was spacious and finished to a high standard. The hosts were so kind and generous, and happy to offer recommendations and tips too. We wanted to do the river safari which they organised for us and even dropped us off and picked us up afterwards. We were then lucky enough to come back to the most incredible Sri Lankan-style breakfast of dal and string hoppers, which had been prepared for us and was the most delicious thing we’ve eaten on our trip so far. Everything was perfect and we loved our time in Bentota - I just wish we could have stayed longer, and I hope we will be back in future.

We had an amazing stay at Selnara Private Luxury Villa. The owner family was so nice and friendly and helped us with our questions. They served delicious breakfast with various food. The tiny house was very comfortable. We saw a lot of interesting animals in the wonderful garden.

We had a great stay! The location was amazing with its lake view, and the staff was exceptionally nice. The place was well-maintained and clean. The 4.5-foot pool was enjoyable, and kayaking on the lake was fun. It's a wonderful spot for catching up with friends or family. It looks just as you see in the pictures.

The Dahlia Residence is set in Bentota and features a pool with a view and pool views. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay.

It's a wonderful place for a small group of family and friends to spend time. The staff, Ruwan and Cyril are so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Ruwan took us to town on his tuk whenever we needed it and also helped us with picking good restaurants and a boat ride. The kids loved the pool! We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the effort the guys put into making our stay as comfortable as possible.

lovely host family that treated us like their children, with the kind lady immediately rushing to heal a bad graze i got on Adam’s peak after i simply asked for a plaster. location is great and within walking distance of a great beach. room is comfortable and hygienic with a big fan, big bed and mosquito net to keep you safe from bites at night. bathroom right next to the room is clean with good water pressure. good price

    One of the best stays I've had in Sri Lanka!!! Our stay at Sujee Villa was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. Mr.Fernando, the owner, was fantastic and he was so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. He took care of everything we needed and was always there for us.     A piece of heaven in the countryside of Sri Lanka. The villa is located inside a beautiful garden and just 10 min from the beach. The host will do everything to make you feel at home. I really appreciate that the host took me to visit the surrounding area free of charge. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of Sri Lankan, Indian or Western food. For a very reasonable price, he also offers an excellent dinner. Thanks again :)

    Everything is perfect, we liked this absolutely stunning villa. Thanks a lot our hospitable hosts for this amazing and stylish place. The villa is 2 steps from the beach and has a landscaped green area with hammocks and sun loungers. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. I strongly recommend this place, it is the best choice, we were so happy to stay here

    It was one of the best place i ever stay. The Villa big and comfortable, and with amazing designe, very fast WiFi, we worked remotely so was great to connect to business calls, also we had a business room😻. Moragalla beach very close just 5 min by walking and secret beach as well very near. The host the best person i ever meet, his hospitality and kindness are blessing. He helped us with all issues, like our best friend. It was great welcome and great check out. I exactly recommend this place. And i would like to turn again one day.

    The hosts were wonderful. Lasith was at hand with local recommendations and his wife jamila cooked us a fantastic breakfast. The villa itself is walking distance to the beach. It is large and wealth appointed and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended.

    The villa is located in a quiet location, the ocean is 10 minutes away. take a calm step, the main road is also nearby, 5 minutes walk. The rooms in the villa are comfortable, new, there is always hot water in the shower, and excellent Wi-Fi. The owner of the villa is very caring and always asks tourists what they want. The kitchen is shared by 3 rooms on the 1st floor. The holiday was wonderful!

    We had a lovely family break at Sandul Villa for Christmas. Seneka was a very helpful host, and the staff at the villa were friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious throughout, plenty of choice - the curries were particularly good. The villa is spacious, clean and whilst not super luxe it has most of what you need on holiday. The pool is excellent and well maintained.

    We loved our stay at Sriyan Villa. Shameera is an extremely helpful and friendly host, from preparing us breakfast to giving plenty of tips of places to see in Sri Lanka. The villa itself is a hidden gem by the river and only 10 minutes away from the beautiful Morigalla beach. Villa is tastefully designed with antique-inspired style and has a green and peaceful garden. We will certainly come back :)
