We received a lovely welcome when we arrived, greeted with a coconut drink which was very much needed in the heat. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the pool area was very nice with comfortable sunbeds. We had a lovely breakfast, you could choose either western or Sri Lankan, we tried both and both were delicious. We also ate there one night and food was delicious, highly recommend. Short tuk tuk ride into the centre of Galle. Very nice and spacious room, bathroom good and whole property kept clean.

We can’t recommend this place enough. It was a peaceful oasis on the beach with incredible staff and fantastic food. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with such beautiful decor - every piece of art and furniture was carefully selected to create a calming ambiance. They do not sell alcohol but you can easily pick up your own at a local shop. We can’t wait to come back !!

Our stay with Mr. Nuwan and his family was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. The fresh papaya juice they served upon our arrival was incredibly refreshing and delicious. Despite our flight landing at 1 am, Mr. Nuwan graciously offered us a room in his own house since other guests were checking out later that morning.
The location was exactly as depicted in the pictures—so close to the beach, neat, and clean. Mr. Nuwan even reminded us of items we had forgotten after we checked out, which was very thoughtful. We were able to explore all the places we wanted to visit using his tuk-tuk, making our experience even more enjoyable.
This place is perfect for anyone looking to experience local life in a foreign country. There's a supermarket just 350 meters away and a small shop only 20 meters away for essentials. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you, Mr. Nuwan, for making our stay so memorable!
The house was maintained very well. Neat and clean. Perfect to travel with kids as it had a fully functional kitchen and washing machine, Easy access to the beach u can see it from the hall.

It was the whole villa with beautiful garden. As I had to work for couple of days there were no issues with WiFi. The family was really nice and friendly. Maybe a little too far from main street but the quiet place and friendliness of local people makes up for it. Also breakfast was delicious.
Host family is the best! We felt really taken care of, welcomed and safe. They even brought us delicious food and fruits on numerous occasions and provided us with free bicycles. They were there whenever we needed anything but also didn't bother us at all. The villa itself is lovely and cozy, it had everything we needed. The air conditioner works great. I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to experince authnetic but still comfortable Sri Lanka lifestyle.
