The room was quite big and in a good condition. The breakfast was good. The location was also really good. Quite close to restaurants, lion rock, etc. The water in the jacuzzi in the room didn’t look really clean.

Someone ringed our room at 7.30am. In case it rains, the hotel provides umbrellas. We were given two, once the rain started, one was gone (taken by another guest?). Both, very sad occurrences.

Excellent location, hardly a few minutes from Sigiriya rock. Room was very comfortable, hot water was available throughout, great value for money. The hosts were very flexible and prepared our breakfast early, to suit our check out time.

We have stayed at Banda Eco two nights. The place is very nice, immersed in nature and perfect for resting and relaxing. Banda is an amazing host, he is always available, whenever you need something. He’s ready to give you nice tips for your staying and arrange anything you may need. They also offer delicious food: I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a beautiful piece of Sri Lanka.

Holly Flowers Villa is definitely the nicest place I have stayed at so far during my travels in Sri Lanka. Very impressed, and it takes a lot to impress me these days. Service was excellent, a huge delicious breakfast was served outdoors on the patio, in front of my private cottage each morning. A great way to start the day. The host was friendly, informative, and had a good sense of humor. He took care of my every need. Actually, the entire family was extremely pleasant. The setting is gorgeous, in a peaceful area surrounded by trees, flowers and other tropical plants. It's less than a ten minute walk to the bus stop. I opted to rent a bike for one day, takes about 20 minutes to reach Sigiriya, if you feel like getting some exercise. The resort made all the arrangements, and provided me with a new bicycle for an extremely reasonable rate. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked great when needed. Also had an endless supply of hot water. Highly recommend Holly Flowers Villa, you won't be disappointed!

Very cosy and relaxed atmosphere with a nice garden. We had a big and clean room with a balcony. The family was really helpful and made our stay very comfortable. They also provided laundry service and the food was very tasty. The place is not far away from the sigyria rock and the other one. We visited polonnaruwa from here and the host arranged a guide for this.

    This place is literally a little green paradise with plants, flowers, birds and wooden villas/ furniture. The villa was clean and comfortable, with a nice ambiance. The owners are very friendly and sweet people that do everything to make the guests feel at peace here. Very good breakfast (too much!). Walking distance from bars/ restaurants (except for nighttimes; because of the wild elephants that are everywhere you need to take a tuk-tuk)!

    Excellent location for Sigiriya and Patalungala Rocks and close to Sigiriya township. Beautiful grounds with a beautiful pool. The private villas were gorgeous, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and other meals available in the restaurant.

    Everything was perfect - the main mansion house is gorgeous, our pool villa was massive and nuzzled in a lovely quiet party of the estate where we benefitted from privacy and the sounds of the nature around us. Food was fantastic as was service. We went on an amazing horse ride into the lake, our guide took the best pictures!
