We were unsure of which part of St. Martin to stay in, but very glad we chose this spot. Amazing to be right on the water. Spectacular view of bay, with Marigot and mountains in the background, plus out to Anguilla. Quiet and low-key - just perfect. Great walk out to Pointe du Bluff. Very comfortable and relaxing and great service. A real treat!!!

Lulu was super sweet and took the time to show us around the rental. She was available on premise if any issues arise (they did not!) and the property was beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! While we initially had some difficulty finding the house due to not knowing about the PIN c (we're from the US and typically use other apps for directions), the host was incredibly helpful and even offered to meet us to guide us to the house. Once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful bottle of champagne and delicious French chocolates in the fridge to celebrate our 35th anniversary – such a lovely gesture!
The house itself is exactly as shown in the pictures: very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The beds were cozy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We also appreciated the safe and private location, which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay.
What really stood out to us, though, was the exceptional care and responsiveness of the owners. They went above and beyond, offering great suggestions for local dining spots and ensuring that we had everything we needed. We truly felt taken care of, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
