The property is good value for its location, private pool and cleanliness. But the property manager makes rules of her own, not disclosed on booking.com. Guest cannot be expected to do the dishes(non working dishwasher) prior to check out at 10AM. The common areas cannot be used during summer as the main switch of the ACs are switched off.

Our stay at Belle Mare Villas was fantastic! The villa was beautifully furnished, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had a great experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, allowing us to enjoy the stunning coastline. I like Everything about this place. River front view, watching boat come by, excellent and well equipped kitchen (even cooking oil and spices), huge semi private deck, with lounge chairs for outdoor relaxation, private the quite bedroom, everything I possibly need for a vacation stay is there. More importantly, the hosts are super nice and always want to help, they provided me with cold juice upon arrival (felt sooo good in a hot/humid day), and fresh baked bread in the morning. They are also very good in communication, timely and clearly. This is by far the best place I stayed in the two week of travel. I strongly recommend this place.
