A 9-minute walk from El Palmar Beach in Ixtapa, EXCLUSIVA VILLA EN LA ZONA HOTELERA DE IXTAPA_ZIHUATANEJO features accommodations with access to a public bath, solarium, and open-air bath.

Excellent 3 story villa 2 blocks from the center of Ixtapa (beach, restaurants, etc.). Security was very attentive and friendly and check-in was simple. The host was quick to respond the our questions. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has all the necessary appliances, cutlery, beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool towels to make your visit a success. The air conditioning worked fine and the laundry room is extra bonus. The bedroom and closets are sufficient in size and there are a couple of types of pillows to choose from. The purpose of our stay was to visit a sick relative so we did not spend time at the property of use the pool but from what we observed it was not crowded and had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The water temperature was perfect.

    Beautiful, relaxing place! It is situated 5min walking from the center of the village and has direct acces to the beach. The terrace is beautiful and you can also use the comon kitchen which has all the equipment needed. The room are confortable but in the hottest day it can be too hot because there is no AC. The owner and all the personnel was super nice.
