What an incredible stay. This is a real magical place at the edge of a spectacular canyon. Wonderful hospitality from Ibrahim and family, including a wonderful home cooked meal. House, interior, surroundings as well as the host brought a great value in terms of relaxation and slowing down. The host is very responsive and pays attention to all small things, i.e. bone fire, daily arabic coffee and dates, etc. Location-wise the house is located right in the middle of several hiking tracks with max. 10min by car or even in front of your front yard.

The view of Jebel Shams was very beautiful and the location of the villa was easy to access. The villa was very clean and well equipped with all the amenities such as air conditioning and shower facilities. The owner of the villa was very kind and helped us with our family's campfire and barbecue. We also ordered dinner and breakfast separately, which was reasonably priced and allowed us to experience the taste of traditional Oman. The villa yard was spacious, so I pitched a tent for my daughter, who loved it.

It easily and comfortably accommodated our family of 6. It was very close to the balcony walk and there were lovely views a short walk from the villa. The heaters in the room were very nice and made the stay comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the nice big courtyard and we had fun sitting around the fire pit. We would definitely book the same place again.
