- The host was great. She was professional and seemed very honest. I believe she lives nearby so she's quick to respond if any issues arise. - The location is great because it's in Miraflores, but quiet because it's in a residential area. - I think there are 3 rooms allocated for guests in the building and the rooms are spread out, so you'll rarely run into other guests which is great for privacy. - There's no fridge in the room, but there are multiple fridges in the kitchen. - Laundry service is available at a cost and hot water is available in the shower. - Private bathroom but it's outside the room.

    Of course it is not luxury, but for one night, waiting for a connecting flight, perfectly fine! You‘ll get a breakfast too, good wifi, and a comfortable bed. Walls are like thin paper to be honest but the owner is polite and will send you via whatsapp how to fine the hotel. The „10“ is of course not equal to a 10 in a five star hotel, which this hospedaje is of course very far from it, but within the circumstances of having to sleep for a couple somewhere close to the airport it is really super fine.

    A fabulous place to end our trip to Peru. The hotel was very luxurious. We were looked after very well. The room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was a real treat, an extensive buffet with everything from an omelette station, to Peruvian stew! The hotel is only a short walk to the historic centre, and is right beside a large shopping centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    Clean large spacious rooms. Lovely , friendly and helpful staff. There was microwave and fridge in room. Our key wouldn’t open our suitcase. Staff there had all the tools and sorted it for us in a few minutes. Coffee, tea making facilities 24/7. Breakfast was excellent! Lovely neighbourhood and walking distance to beachfront. Taxi to historic centre.

    I have stayed here before and I will be staying again in the future. The place is EXCEPTIONAL! The quiet, the comfort, the facilities and the 'new' shower, all are excellent. The location for me, being a passionate birdwatcher, is just perfect, being as it is right on Los Pantanos de Villa's doorstep. The walk to the beach takes ten minutes - and what a fabulous beach. Security is fabulous. Anyone giving less than ten, well I can't imagine anyone doing so. The place is fabulous.

    Lovely hotel! Rooms were really luxurious and comfortable - mini bar, iron, lovely fluffy towels all available in the room. We got a complementary Pisco Sour on arrival which was lovely. Staff were excellent. We booked airport taxis through the hotel too and everything ran so smoothly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

    Everything. The interactions with the hosts were pleasant and in English. The location is amazing. The apartment is luxurious. The cost is well below what you would expect. All the linen is great quality. I have no complaints. Wish we could stay longer. Oh the supermarket and shops nearby are all awesome and it's in a safe location.

    Great location, safe building, excellent amenities and very good value for money. Ricardo (the owner) is beyond helpful, kind and organised. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and was happy to answer any questions we had about both the property and the city of Lima. It’s very close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars so there are plenty of options and within walking distance to the beachfront.

    The Villa is very charmant and beautiful. Our room was big, with a nice wooden floor, the bathroom was as well nice and had space and flair..so the whole ambiance was fantastic. The little garden was cozy and we could always take coffee or tea. We got help to book a taxi and even with our postcards..it was difficult to post them, but thanks to Jose they are on their way..thank you again!
