There is a spacious kitchen and family room in addition to two bed rooms and two bath rooms. Shower was great and we used their cloth washer. Walk out balcony space is also big and there is a sitting area in the yard. The neighbor area is peaceful and the review is pretty. My wife and I both worked remotely in this spacious house and our kid sat in the family room watching TV. Their wifi speed is sufficiently fast for us to join Teams calls and connect to VPN.

The location on the beach is wonderful. There is fencing with privacy screen so you can't really take in the ocean view but once you get beyond the gate, it is stunning. The sunset was beautiful! The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great (there is no air conditioning in the main room or kitchen). There were paddle boards and a kayak which are fantastic especially for a family. Lovina stopped by and was lovely. We opted for a late check out as we had a late flight and that turned out to be the best decision as we got to squeeze in one more adventure before heading home.
