Situated within 3.3 km of Jinja Golf Course and 5.7 km of Source of the Nile - Speke Monument in Jinja, MUTIMA VILLA features accommodation with seating area.

The accommodation was large, bright, and well furnished. One of our party was in a wheelchair and it was very accessible. The hosts were very welcoming and went out of their way to meet our needs. It is well placed for getting around in Jinja.

Offering a garden and garden view, House 1759, near River Nile is situated in Jinja, 3.9 km from Jinja Golf Course and 8.3 km from Jinja Railway Station.

The house is located a few minutes from the town centre across the beautiful bridge over the nile. The house was spacious and cozy. They have two beautiful dogs on the compound. I took the opportunity to give the new baby dog a name, "Fancy". Pius was an excellent host. He went an extra mile to help us with anything we needed.

I highly recommend grand grove villa as a wonderful place to stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The meals were delicious. I enjoyed having the entire pool to myself. The calmness and quietness around the place was worth every penny. I will definitely visit this place again.

Lovely small villa with great views on the Nile, we felt welcome and safe and it was great to wake up to such beautiful landscape. We also loved the fact we could cook by ourselves - after a couple of weeks on the road and therefore always eating in bars or restaurants it was great to have some of our own comfort food, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking.

Loved everything about the property! Wonderful stay at the villa. The staff was extremely helpful everyday and were on the grounds to help with daily cleaning and resetting of the house. They were very friendly as well and were readily available if we needed any help.

Tusubira Village is a hidden oasis. It's so green - trees, flowers, beautiful place, serene. The rooms are clean, the beddings are very warm and have a nice feel to the skin, slept like a log. The chef is awesome. I loved the fish I had for dinner. The food servings are extremely generous, you need at least two stomachs to accommodate it all. The staff are very helpful. I loved the level of customer care. I loved, loved, loved the swimming pool. Oh and I woke up to the beautiful chirping of birds.

The panaramic views were amazing and the peace and tranquility of the well kept compound was superb. Very child friendly and swimming in the pool was brilliant. Listening and watching the wildlife sat on the veranda was very special. Claire the cook fed us well and provided delicious food if you choose to take up this option. Being able to go tubing on the Nile directly from the villa was an added advantage.

The apartment is luxuriously spacious and surrounded by green. It has a roof terrace with an amazing view over lake Victoria and the historically important port for the ferry connecting to Kizumu and from there by train to Mombasa. The owner was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again!
