Surrounded by trees, Aminess Gaia Green Villas features modern decorated accommodation with fitness and water sports facilities in Njivice. Free WiFi is provided. The accommodation was really great - villas are well equipped and super clean, located underneath the treas in a quiet area (slept really well). The kitchenette was equipped with all that we needed (although we mostly ate outside, there were plenty of places to choose from). Super nice employees (both the receptionists and the cleaning staff, they really made us feel at home). The reception staff showed a lot of consideration for special needs of my elderly parents - much appreciated! For people travelling with their dogs: whole of Njivice (basically all the restaurants and coffee shops we visited) are super ok with the dogs accompanying their humans to the establishments. There are a couple of beaches where dogs can go as well, so all of our "family members" were happy with the stay. For sure will visit again!

The accommodation was really worth the money. Whirlpool and pool were great and we used it so muuuuch. House is big and also garden was spacious. Big plus is great Alma that is the host there and is always available to help with any question or request. Thank you☺️

The location is perfect for familys with small children. Apartment had everything we needed (pens, toaster, coffe machine, dishwasher, detergents, hair dryer, modern tv, mosquito nets on windows) which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hosts were always available and open for possible improvements. There is also a dedicated secured parking space.

New well maintained property. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare short meals. Bit of climbing to be done but its good for health.

Really attentive host who was on hand whenever needed. A very clean and comfortable accommodation, which was well kitted out. Our host kindly got up to see us off at 5.30 in the morning, with a gift of homemade olive oil (which we sadly had to leave behind). A supermarket and bar are conveniently a few minutes walk away. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The host waited for us at the airport and showed the apartment, gave information on best places with info of precise locations for meals, the logistics how to get to Troggir or SPLIT. We tried many good places, but the most stars would get the same place, Nikša(the hosts) provided the breakfast at! The appartment/studio has all the necessary appliances: very convenient-you can cook(coffee mashine, kettle, dishwasher, mixer etc) , take care of your clothes(washing mashine, iron and the table for it). On every step there was this amazing feeling-wow-they even have this available for guests. There is a complete trust! The space is not wide(at least in our studio, but really-how much time does one person spend in a room?! The appliances are of good quality and all the necessary basic hygiene stuff are available. The breakfast-very nice (but not a buffet), we loved the salmon-avocado TOAST. Nikša is amazing host, could ask him many different questions and tooook really good care of us. The place is in between from the Airport and SPLIT. With the 38 bus some 40 minutes to SPLIT. I loved it, because it seemed much quitter and cleaner than SPLIT.
