From the moment we arrived, our hosts Katt and Derrick were friendly and helpful. Their golf cart which was part of the rental allowed us to go to fun restaurants and explore different beaches. We also used bikes which was an excellent way to get around. Katt had great recommendations and also had kayaks and floats/chairs and paddle boards available for use. The cabin was beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. We highly recommend BellaVitaCasitas and would love to go back for a longer stay!

We stayed in the entire home, upstairs and downstairs (3bdrm/3bath), 5 nights in July 2023. The home is set up very well and a very helpful and complete folder helps guide first time visitors to great spots that otherwise might be missed. Very professional in the overall presentation. The key was easy to access and all home controls had instructions in the folder mentioned. I really hate writing reviews like this, because it means more people will stay at the home making it harder for us to reserve! The beach is sandy, and off the beach it is mostly sand and sea grass. We swam it everyday but with kids, still good, but keep an eye on them.

Our family of 8 landed at this new facility after a week of sailing. Booking and checkin was super easy and staff accommodated all our requests. Kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances and all the accouterments, A/C was lovely, pool very relaxing, beds super comfy, very clean facility. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Perfect location to walk into town. Supermarket and gorgeous bakery across the road. The beach is a stones throw away. Lovely veranda to sit on for breakfast in the morning and loungers. Well equipped modern kitchen and very comfortable beds. This was a lovely property, and I would highly recommend staying here

A 1,2 km da Spiaggia di Placencia, Los Porticos prevede oltre agli alloggi anche un ristorante, un giardino, una zona spiaggia privata e una terrazza. SO SPACIOUS! Gorgeous decorations. Excellent location. Italian restaurant on site was delicious and convenient. Everything was so EASY! Golf cart dropped off, allowed late check out. Were so close to the airport, we drove the cart there and was able to drop it off when we left. So close to the beach. I enjoyed waking up early and going down to the beach chairs and reading my book. The grounds crew were so polite, they even cut up some coconuts for us to drink. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The washer and dryer was a huge plus since we just came off a 4 day boat cruise and all of our clothes were filthy. There are two resorts close by with great food and views. Easy drive to town. WE DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE! I am having PTSD as I am writing this haha.
