I can't fault the owners, but then again we didn't actually see or speak to them.

Lovely new sauna. Sara was great, and keen to help with any questions. Convenient for our short stay near to the airport, with a day in Prague centre and then a drive to Karlovy Vary the next morning. Easy process for check-in and departure. Nice and warm despite being -2 degrees outside.
