Even though it was above 30 degrees celcius outside, we felt nothing without A/C open. And yes of course it was equipped with A/C unit. - They have a small market and a cafe in the facility. You can have your breakfast and other meals in there. The market has everything you need whan you are in vacation and the prices were very normal. We had only breakfast there, which is also good enough. - If you seek quiet and relaxing holiday, this is the place for you. - The staff were amazing! They are really nice, friendly and helpful. They offered us free grapes as welcoming gift :) I wish them best of everything, good life and prosperity.

Me and my family liked the property and the whole area a lot. It was extremely calm and quiet place. It's a wonderful place to stay in the cool and easy to go to the beach in the summer. Also you miss the crowdy and too noisy resorts directly at the sea coast.

It is very clean and comfortable with perfect view 🤗 We had a lovely time here, the owner is so nice and she was so kind to ask if we need anything else that we don’t have at the room. Everything is very clean and towels and bedsheets are changed every 3 days. We loved it and we’ll come back soon 🥰

Vila má kuchyň, posezení, jídelní kout a TV s plochou obrazovkou.... It's a big villa with coffee maker, microwave, fridge, TV, 3 bathrooms and it can fit 7-8 people. The rooms were clean. Outside we had a small terrace with sunbeds, BBQ so you can sit outside, relax and watch the stars at night if you want. The host was very friendly and helpful and he gave us directions where to find good food and good value sunbeds on the beach, he also gave us a cute present at check-out. The property is walking distance to the beach and it has a private parking. It's a good place stay for a larger group of people. We enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely come back with some of our friends. Not a downside but a suggestion for the host to install longer shower curtains to avoid puddles in the bathroom. You can catch awesome sunsets on the beach in front of the villas so the property merits its name.

Located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Quiet and peaceful area. Large deck with jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset behind Mount Olympos, across the water. If available, book the Two-Bedroom Suite with Private Jacuzzi (1)- also called Erato suite, which has an excellent position for views and watching the sunset. Very spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Two good coffee makers with plenty of ground coffee and coffee pods. Responsive host allowed early check-in. Large TV with streaming services. Good Wifi. We liked the position so much we chose to have our dinners in the apartment instead of in the restaurants in the near by town. A little off the beaten track, but close enough to drive to the town and the beaches around Kassandra. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
