Bill, Linardo and his wife were very good hosts and helped us a lot in our stay. The villa is new, beautiful, clean, safe and in a very quiet place. And a magic view. We spent there two weeks with the kids and we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely house , fantastic views all around, quiet and very clean .Host really very helpful and accommodating . Family of 4 we stayed for 6 nights very comfortably. Will be back !

Ios Seaside house with sólsetur and small pool er staðsett í Ios Chora, 90 metra frá Koumbara-ströndinni og 700 metra frá Tzamaria-ströndinni. It was perfect place to pass the best holidays in Ios. I recommend this place if you want pass a quiet moment with crazy vue.

Everything about this property is 5*. Great hosts. Top quality furniture, towels, showers, pool, bath, kitchen, lounge, all within an awesome view! Place is in a walkable distance from town, but still manages to be completely private. Walkable distance to tavernas, restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, restaurants, and takeaways. Hosts were always on hand to assist with questions ( and when I managed to lock myself out ), nothing was too much hassle for them. Will definitely be returning, cannot wait.

Not only is her villa a serene slice of paradise, it’s an excellent location and the island itself is breathtaking. We could not be more happy with the amenities the villa had to offer and how helpful Giulia was- both are an absolute treasure to Ios. She is kind and considerate in her interactions with guests and clearly cares about her property- ensuring guests enjoy the villa to its fullest.

The host was the most helpful we’d ever met and organised transport for us and was always at our disposal - could not be more impressed. Would definitely recommend staying here with a small group.

Amazing stone house built on what used to be an art atelier. Walking distance to paralia agia Theodoti, a wonderful and long sandy beach on Ios eastern shore. Definitely worth the visit!
